Prepared for review in Zimbabwe. These documents are not a certification of legal compliance. Verify business practices, address spelling and applicable obligations before public launch.
1. Operator and scope
This website introduces Luckstar Mercedes, an independent Mercedes-Benz repair and servicing business in Harare. The operating business is separate from its independent website developer. Contact Luckstar Mercedes at lucksondub@gmail.com, 078 639 8403, or 14 Lancaster Avenue, Belvedere, Harare, Zimbabwe. These draft terms address website use; agreed workshop work is also subject to applicable service terms and statutory rights.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the site lawfully to learn about the workshop and make genuine enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, scrape personal information, impersonate another person or submit abusive or misleading enquiries. Do not use contact information for unsolicited bulk messages.
3. Information and accuracy
Service descriptions illustrate typical workshop enquiries and require business confirmation. They are not a quotation, diagnosis, assurance of parts availability or promise of a particular result. Business hours are unconfirmed. Confirm the precise address and arrangements directly before visiting.
Information may be updated or corrected. No founding history, manufacturer authorisation, certification, warranty or customer endorsement is implied. Luckstar Mercedes is not presented as an officially authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer.
4. Intellectual property and photography
Website content and design may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners or licensors. Ordinary personal browsing and saving a policy for reference are permitted. Any broader reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.
Mercedes-Benz names and visible vehicle marks identify the vehicles discussed and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Stock photographs are representative and do not depict verified Luckstar premises, staff or customer vehicles. Image sources and licence notes are documented with the project.
5. Third-party services
WhatsApp, Facebook, email and map links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The workshop does not operate those services or guarantee their availability. Review the destination before sharing information. No TikTok business link is active until one is provided.
6. Availability and liability
The website may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. Do not rely on it for emergency assistance or a final mechanical safety assessment. Seek direct advice about a vehicle that may be unsafe to drive.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted website operation and is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed general information or independent third-party services. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, fraud or any non-excludable consumer rights; it does not provide absolute immunity to the operator or developer.
7. Zimbabwean law and statutory rights
Zimbabwe is the intended governing jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law and any lawful forum requirements. These terms do not remove protections under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] or other applicable legislation. Disputes should first be raised directly with the business; lawful regulatory and court remedies remain available.
8. Changes, severability and contact
Revised terms should show their revision date and apply as permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawfully possible. Contact Luckstar Mercedes at lucksondub@gmail.com, 078 639 8403, or 14 Lancaster Avenue, Belvedere, Harare, Zimbabwe. These terms require legal and business approval before public launch.
